SHIPPING
Shipping is available in New Zealand only. Products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical address and phone number must be provided for all orders.
STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS
North Island orders will be shipped FREE of charge.
South Island orders under $80 will be charged $5 shipping.
Orders NZ$80.00 and over will be shipped FREE of charge.
Please note, these costs are based on a tracked courier service only. When ordering, please place clear instructions on delivery destination to avoid direct sunlight or in cases where courier access may be an issue.
From time to time we will offer specials on NZ-wide shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping via this website. If you would like to enquire about shipping overseas please contact us with details.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
We aim to ship goods within one to two business days via a tracked courier service. If the item is out of stock or no longer available, we will advise you via email. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers/which are out of our control. Our courier providers are Owens, Freight Plus and Post Haste Couriers who are partners of our distribution company.
Once your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You should expect to receive your order within 1-3 days from date of dispatch.
FAULTY GOODS
Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Ola Pacifica liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim. If we are unable to replace the faulty item, we will issue you with a refund. Goods damaged on arrival must be reported to Ola Pacifica immediately. No goods will be accepted for return or credit unless prior approval has been received from your Ola Pacifica Customer Service Representative.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS SUPPLIED
A request to return goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should we send you the wrong product; a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. Ola Pacifica will cover all courier costs.

A request to return goods incorrectly ordered must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should you order the wrong product; a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened, complete with undamaged retail packaging. Products cannot be returned if opened. You will be responsible for all courier costs for the return and redelivery of goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return.
