OLA Guaçamole


3 Tbsp of Raw or Roasted Cacao Nibs
(alternatively, 3 Tbsp of grated %100 Pure Cacao ‘Cacaoccino®’ block, or a mixture of both)
2 Avocados
1 spring onion
1 tomato
1 fresh chilli
Lime or lemon juice
Salt and pepper
(Serves 6)




  • Crush Cacao nibs into fine pieces with pestle and mortar, or grate %100 Pure Cacao.
  • Mash avocados in a bowl, add cacao.
  • Finely chop tomato, spring onion and chilli, mix into avocado.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper, and squeeze of lime
  • Enjoy with your choice of corn chips
