3 Tbsp of Raw or Roasted Cacao Nibs
(alternatively, 3 Tbsp of grated %100 Pure Cacao ‘Cacaoccino®’ block, or a mixture of both)
1 spring onion
1 fresh chilli
Lime or lemon juice
Salt and pepper
- Crush Cacao nibs into fine pieces with pestle and mortar, or grate %100 Pure Cacao.
- Mash avocados in a bowl, add cacao.
- Finely chop tomato, spring onion and chilli, mix into avocado.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper, and squeeze of lime
- Enjoy with your choice of corn chips
