OLA Cacaoccino

Hot Chocolate using Water:
Serves 6: espresso style cups
1 lt water,
2- 4 tbsp of your favourite sweetener, Honey, Coconut Sugar, Raw Sugar
Break up 90g Ola Pacifica 100% Pure Cacao into a sauce pan with 1lt of water, heat, dissolve cacao, bring to the boil and whisk. Add 2-4 Tbsp of your preferred sweetener.
Flavour options: when bringing to the boil add either a pinch of vanilla powder, Ceylon cinnamon powder or stick, or chill powder.
Hot Chocolate using Nut Milk
Serves 6: espresso style cups
90g Ola Pacifica 100% Cacao Chocolate
1litre water
500ml favourite Nut Milk
3 tbsp of your favourite sweetener (Honey, Coconut Sugar, Raw Sugar)
Directions: Break up 90g Ola Pacifica 100% Pure Cacao into a sauce pan with 1 litre of water, 3 Tbsp of your preferred sweetener, heat, dissolve cacao, bring to the boil and whisk. Gradually add Nut Milk. Heat to simmer and serve.
Iced Chocolate using Nut Milk
Serves 6 tumbler glasses
90g Ola Pacifica 100% Cacao Chocolate,
300ml water
700ml favourite Nut Milk
2 tbsp of your favourite sweetener, Honey, Coconut Sugar, Raw Sugar
Break up 90g Ola Pacifica 100% Pure Cacao into a sauce pan with 300ml of water, 2 Tbsp of your preferred sweetener, heat, dissolve cacao, bring to the boil and whisk. Gradually add Nut Milk. Remove from heat and stand. Chill in the fridge. Pour over Ice cubes.
