SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are proud to be able to deliver our Real Cacao products directly to our customers through our online store. We currently ship to New Zealand & Australian addresses as well as internationally.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

All deliveries must include a physical street address, we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. Please also include your business name for corporate deliveries. We cannot accept liability for missing parcels with incorrect delivery details

If you have any special delivery instructions, please note these in the cart notes area. e.g. where to leave the goods if you are not home (under a tree, at the back door). Our deliveries are non-signature, If a customer is not present to take delivery of the goods, the goods shall be left at the delivery address. 

Chocolate is easily damaged by excessive heat and sunlight. We strongly recommend shipping your chocolate to an address where someone is available to receive it or somewhere safely sheltered.

EXPECTED DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched and delivered to your door within 1-3 business days via overnight courier Mondays to Thursdays. Orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on the next business day.

Delivery to rural areas and remote locations may take up to 5-6 business days depending on circumstances. 

These expected delivery times are estimates and subject to product availability. We will always advise if an item has sold out and/or expectation of a delay. 

In December prior to Christmas the delivery times can experience some delays. If you would like to receive your product sooner, please contact us to see what other freight options are available.

FREIGHT / SHIPPING COSTS – AUSTRALIA

Shipping to Australia is based on the weight of the goods purchased. Totals will be calculated automatically for you at the checkout.  

You may select a non-tracked option for Australian deliveries for orders of up to 2kg. Please note that Ola Pacifica can take no responsibility for non-tracked goods so please ensure that you address your order carefully.

For international shipping rates, please refer to our international shipping rate guide. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

 

PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST. Payment is made via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Goods will not be released until receipt of payment. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored.

 

REFUNDS

Where you are not satisfied due to quality issues, please email us: info@olapacifica.co.nz; we will consider and action resolution as appropriate. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We do not offer credits or refunds for items purchased in error/change of mind.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not distribute our customer’s details to any third parties, other than written on courier package for delivery purposes. No delivery details are stored for beyond that is necessary for current order fulfilment.

Details of customers that join our Friends of Ola database would not be disclosed to any third party. These details will be kept only to inform you of a tasting near you, specials deals available or any updates. If you wish to discontinue receiving this information, return email a message, or the word ‘STOP’, to info@olapacifica.com and we’ll delete your details.

Placing an order with Ola Pacifica means that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions. Ola Pacifica reserve the right to refuse or cancel a delivery at any time.

We will not be liable for failure to deliver when delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Ola Pacifica, but we will do our best to advise you if we know of any problem.
